No foul play is suspected, as the death appears to have been from natural causes, Capt. Joe Qualters said.
A 54-year-old man was found slumped over the steering wheel of a red 2003 Ford F-350 after ?exiting Big Red Liquors at about 4:40 p.m. Wednesday.
The vehicle was parked outside the business on North College Avenue.
Bloomington police were dispatched to the scene after receiving a call from a bystander, according to a report.
One bystander attempted to perform CPR on the man, Qualters said.
