An IU student is in critical condition at IU Health Bloomington after a multi-vehicle crash on State Road 37 Friday afternoon.
Richie Rucinski, an IU student confirmed by IU Spokesperson Margie Smith-Simmons, is one of at least eight people reported injured in the crash, at least two of which WISH-TV reported were taken to the hospital.
The crash involved seven vehicles, including a semitruck.
The investigation is ongoing, but traffic has resumed on SR 37.
