Panelists will be Elizabeth Cooke representing County Drainage Engineering, County Planner Heidi Russell Wagner, County Councilman Geoff McKim, and County Commissioner Mark Stoops.

Each panelist will make a 10-minute presentation, covering topics such as the background and legality of the utility, work that will be contracted out, financial issues, and the duties of the Stormwater Utilities Management Board, which consists of the three County Commissioners and the County Surveyor.  A question-and-answer session will follow.
