Bob Knight makes his final wave goodbye after asking the student body to bow their heads and wish the best for him and his family. The address was made to over six thousand students in Dunn Meadow on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2000.
Dick Vitale, current ESPN analyst, tweeted earlier today that Bob Knight will not be in attendance at the IU Intercollegiate Athletics Hall of Fame induction ceremony slated for Nov. 6.
This news comes after Knight refused to accept a check from an anonymous donor for $75,000 Tuesday, intended to settle a lawsuit filed by Knight against the University several years ago.
