The following crimes were reported by IUPD:\nOct. 31\n• Sandra Messner, a student residing in Collins, reported the theft of her bicycle while it was locked on the south side of the IU Auditorium. Estimated loss is $150.\n• An employee reported items stolen from his locker at the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building. Estimated loss is $140.\n• Daniel Massare, 19, a freshman residing in McNutt Quad, was cited in McNutt's parking lot for illegal possession of alcohol.\n• Amy Pierce, a senior living off campus, reported the theft of a cellular phone from the Student Building. Estimated loss is $400.\n• Neil Losey, 19, a nonstudent residing in Sellersburg, Ind., was cited at 13th Street and Fee Lane for illegal possession of alcohol.\nNov. 1\n• Jeremy D. Weinstein, 19, a freshman residing at Read Center, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief.\n• Juan Lin, a junior residing in Tulip Tree Apartments, reported thefts on two different days from the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Women's Locker Room. Estimated loss is $280.\n• Anthony Serger, 21, a nonstudent from Cincinnati, Ohio, was arrested at the IU Auditorium and charged with possession of marijuana less than 30 grams and possession of paraphenalia.
