The men's soccer team snapped a 10-game winning streak Saturday in a 1-0 overtime loss to Stanford.\nThe Hoosiers then turned the loss into a two-game losing streak, losing 2-1 to Cal-Berkeley Sunday.\nThe Stanford loss, IU's fourth of the season, came after 103 minutes of play in a defensive struggle. Neither team managed much of an attack, as IU had five shots to Stanford's six. The Cardinal finally got a shot to go in after 13 minutes of play in the first overtime.\nStanford midfielder Scott Leber scored the game's only goal off an assist from defender Todd Dunivant. Dunivant sent a long ball into the penalty area, and Leber beat IU junior goalkeeper Colin Rogers to the ball, heading it over Rogers. The goal was Leber's third game-winner of the season and improved Stanford to 15-1-1.\n"This was a heck of a game," IU coach Jerry Yeagley said. "Both teams played great defense, it just came down to one play. In a battle of two great teams, all it takes is one mistake or one big play. We made a mistake and Stanford capitalized."\nThe Hoosiers played a weaker opponent Sunday in the Bears (6-11-1) but still couldn't manage a victory.\nCal scored two goals in two minute midway through the first half to go up 2-0, while IU couldn't manage a goal until the second half.\nSenior forward Kendall Simmonds put the Bears up 1-0 at the 25:03 mark, beating IU senior goalkeeper T.J. Hannig to the near post. The game was Hannig's first since injuring his knee five weeks ago. Freshman defender Robbie Aylesworth gave Cal a 2-0 lead 1:51 later, heading in a cross from Chris Roner.\nIU sophomore midfielder Pat Noonan scored the Hoosiers' only goal 11 minutes into the second half, but IU failed to tie the game despite outshooting the Bears 7-2 in the second half.\nAfter the two losses, IU stands at 13-5 heading into the postseason.
