Dec. 1\n• Jason M. Kingsbury, 24, a staff member residing on Morningside Drive, was arrested in the 1700 block of East Third Street for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended.\n• An employee reported a computer missing from the Fine Arts Building. Estimated loss is $2150.\n• Justin T. Parrish, 20, a freshman residing in Teter Quad, was arrested in Teter on an Allen County warrant for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.\n• Jesse Hite, a freshman residing in Eigenmann Hall, reported a theft from his vehicle while it was parked in the east lot of Eigenmann. Estimated loss is $670.\n• Katie Zeller, a junior residing in Foster Quad, reported vandalism to her bicycle while it was parked on the south side of the Law School. Estimated damage is $150.\n• Carolyn N.Ciotti, 18, a freshman residing in McNutt Quad, was issued a misdemeanor citation in the McNutt back parking lot for illegal possession of alcohol.\n• Rick P. Smith, 19, a freshman residing in Forest Quad, was issued a citation for illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.\n• Wesley T. Abplanalp, 19, a freshman residing in Forest Quad, was issued a citation for illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.\n• Jennifer L. Salsman, 19, a freshman residing in Forest Quad, was issued a citation for illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.\nDec. 2\n• Mary M. Newland, 18, a freshman residing in Teter Quad, was arrested at 17th Street and Fee Lane and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.\n• Andrew O'Neill Downs, 18, a freshman residing in Teter Quad, was arrested at 17th Street and Fee Lane and charged with public intoxication and illegal consumption.\n• Jill Stewart, 18, a freshman residing in Foster Quad, was issued a citation at Foster for illegal consumption.\n• Evan Wilson, a sophomore residing in Eigenmann Hall, reported vandalism to her vehicle while it was parked in the Eigenmann circle. Estimated damage is $200.\n• An employee reported his bicycle stolen while it was parked between Franklin Hall and Maxwell Hall. Estimated loss is $550.\n• Samuel L. Walston, 20, a freshman residing in Wright Quad, was arrested on the first floor of Wright on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana.\n• Suzanne Bolyard, a junior residing on North Jordan Avenue, reported vandalism to her car while it was parked on North Jordan Avenue. Estimated damage is $350.\n• Joshua Reiher, 18, a freshman residing in Foster Quad, was cited at Foster for possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams, and possession of paraphernalia.\n• Christopher A. DiGiorgio, 18, a student residing in Teter Quad, was issued a summons at the 10th Street lot for illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.\n• Mark C. Groner, 18, a freshman residing in Teter Quad, was issued a summons at the 10th Street lot for illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.\n• Christopher M. Schneider, 19, a sophomore residing in Teter Quad, was issued a summons at the 10th Street lot for illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.\n• Lisa M. Shutters, 21, a non-student residing in Seymour, Ind., was issued a summons at the 10th Street lot for illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage.\nDec. 3\n• Officers discovered vandalism to a room window at McNutt Quad. Estimated damage is $100.\n• Grant Lyach, 21, a non-student residing on North Union St., was issued a summons at North Union St. for providing alcoholic beverages to a minor.\n• Maxwell Newman, 22, a senior residing on North Union St., was issued a summons at North Union St. for providing alcoholic beverages to a minor.\n• Jason Kramer, 20, a junior residing on North Union St., was issued a summons at North Union St. for illegal consumption and providing an alcoholic beverages to a minor.\n• Ross B. Hofherr, 18, a freshman residing in Briscoe Quad, was issued a summons for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams.\n• Matthew Carlsten, 18, a freshman residing in Briscoe Quad, was issued a summons for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams.\n• Charles Benson, a visitor from Auburn, Ind., reported the theft of a stereo from his vehicle while parked in the Eigenmann Hall parking lot. Estimated loss is $700.\n• Brent M. Myers, a senior residing in Eigenmann Hall, reported the theft of a stereo from his vehicle while parked in the McNutt Quad back parking lot. Estimated loss is $440.\n• Mitch Stayer, a freshman residing in McNutt Quad, reported damage and a theft from his vehicle while it was parked in the McNutt back parking lot. Estimated loss is $750.\n• An IUPD officer discovered what appeared to be a break-into a vehicle which was parked in the McNutt Quad back parking lot. The owner, Ryan Wilson, a freshman residing in McNutt, confirmed his vehicle had been broken into and articles from within had been removed. Estimated loss is $650.\n• Ashley Hodge, a freshman residing in Eigenmann Hall, reported damage to her vehicle and a theft from her vehicle while it was parked in the south lot of Eigenmann. Estimated loss is $240.\n• Jessica Resch, a sophomore residing in Eigenmann Hall, reported vandalism to her vehicle while it was parked in the Eigenmann east parking lot. Estimated damage: $200.\n• Pengfei Wan, a visiting scholar residing on South Grant Street, reported a theft from the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building's men's locker room. Estimated loss: $200.\nDec. 4\n• Daniel P. Stewart, a freshman residing in Forest Quad, reported the theft of several items from his room over Thanksgiving weekend. Estimated loss is $350.
