Dec. 3\n• Maxwell Newman, 22, a senior residing on North Union Street, was issued a summons at North Union Street for providing alcoholic beverages to a minor.\n• Jason Kramer, 20, a junior residing on North Union Street, was issued a summons at North Union Street for illegal consumption and providing an alcoholic beverages to a minor.\n• Ross B. Hofherr, 18, a freshman residing in Briscoe Quad, was issued a summons for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams.\n• Matthew Carlsten, 18, a freshman residing in Briscoe Quad, was issued a summons for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, less than 30 grams.\n• Charles Benson, a nonstudent from Auburn, Ind., reported the theft of a stereo from his vehicle while parked in the Eigenmann Hall parking lot. Estimated loss is $700.\n• Brent M. Myers, a senior residing in Eigenmann Hall, reported the theft of a stereo from his vehicle while parked in the McNutt Quad back parking lot. Estimated loss is $440.\n• Mitch Stayer, a freshman residing in McNutt Quad, reported damage and a theft from his vehicle while it was parked in the McNutt back parking lot. Estimated loss is $750.\n• An IUPD officer discovered what appeared to be a break-in to a vehicle which was parked in the McNutt Quad parking lot. The owner, Ryan Wilson, a freshman residing in McNutt, confirmed his vehicle had been broken into and articles from within had been removed. Estimated loss is $650.\n• Ashley Hodge, a freshman residing in Eigenmann Hall, reported damage to her vehicle and a theft from her vehicle while it was parked in the south lot of Eigenmann. Estimated loss is $240.\n• Jessica Resch, a sophomore residing in Eigenmann Hall, reported vandalism to her vehicle while it was parked in the Eigenmann east parking lot. Estimated damage is $200.\n• Pengfei Wan, a visiting scholar residing on South Grant Street, reported a theft from the Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building's men's locker room. Estimated loss is $200.

Dec. 4\n• Daniel P. Stewart, a freshman residing in Forest Quad, reported the theft of several items from his room over Thanksgiving weekend. Estimated loss is $350.
