The Detroit Rockers of the National Professional Soccer League drafted senior goalkeeper T.J. Hannig with its 38th pick in the annual amateur draft Wednesday. Hannig finished his final season with a 1.17 goals-against average and a .683 save percentage in 11 games.\nHannig holds the IU record for shutouts with 42 and has a career record of 63-9-0. In 1998, he tied the school mark for single-season wins with 23 and boasted the nation's best goals-against average at .44. That year, and in 1999, he started for the national champion Hoosiers.\nHe missed most of the 2000 season after tearing the lateral meniscus in his left knee in September.
