IU Police investigating sexual battery

IU Police are investigating a report of sexual battery Sunday at a fraternity house.\nA female student was taken to the hospital after waking up in a room in the house with a male and finding her clothes partially removed, according to police. The suspect is not a member of the fraternity, according to IUPD Lt. Jerry Minger. Hospital examinations showed the woman was not raped, Minger said.\n The suspect admitted to touching the woman in a sexual manner, according to police. Because the investigation is ongoing, police said they can not identify the house or people involved.
