The envelope please...our predictions for the Golden Globes

In preparation for the upcoming Golden Globe awards, we at IDS Weekend discussed which movies and which actors should win as well as who will actually win each award. We put politics aside and voted on merit. Don't be deceived into thinking the awards are all golden cufflinks, stilettos and endless thank-yous to people unknown to the general public. From the commercials, the Golden Globes look more like an episode of "Saturday Night Live" than a stiff awards show like the Grammys.
