Restaurant employee arrested for drug dealing in parking lot

Texas Roadhouse employee was arrested at the restaurant Sunday after a manager called police to say the man was dealing marijuana in the parking lot, police reports said.\nWhen police arrived, a manager pointed the employee out to them, and they approached him, police said. He had a bag of marijuana between his legs, police said. Police said they found four more bags of marijuana when they searched his car. Clemens told police he was trying to sell the drugs, police said. Other paraphernalia and scales were found under the seat, police said.\nSamuel J. Clemens, 21, a resident of 3814 Remy Dr., was arrested and charged with possession and dealing in a controlled substance, a Class D felony because the amount of marijuana was more than 30 grams. He was released from the Monroe County Correctional Center on a surety of $2,000 and a $500 cash bond.
