Feb. 24\n• Freshman Stacey E. Williams, resident of Read Center, reported vandalism to her vehicle while it was parked in the White Lot. Estimated damage is $100.\n• Nonstudent Cara B. Saam, 23, resident of Chicago, was stopped at Third Street and Indiana Avenue, where she was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. She was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Center. \n• Freshman Kerry Jones, 18, resident of Teter Quad, was cited in Teter for illegal consumption of alcohol.\n• Freshman Kyle Clevenger, 18, resident of Teter Quad, was cited in Teter Quad for illegal consumption of alcohol. \n• Nonstudent Ryan Mathew, 19, was cited in Teter Quad for illegal consumption of alcohol.
