Team places third overall

The women's golf team placed third at the Pine Needles Invitational in Southern Pines, N.C., with sophomore Karen Dennison leading the way with a fifth place-finish. \nTuesday's finish broke a string of fourth-place finishes, where the team has placed in every tournament this year. Sophomores Mary Lidester, Danah Ford, senior Tiffany Fisher and sophomore Ambry Bishop rounded out the top five finishes for the team.\nFor full coverage of the event, check tomorrow's IDS.
