Baseball returns undefeated\nSenior Nick Evans' two-run double clinched an undefeated road trip as the IU baseball team continued its hot start with a 5-3 win Monday morning over Boston College in Bradenton, Fla. The Hoosiers, 3-0, won their third game in four days after Sunday's contest against Holy Cross was cancelled because of rain.\nSenior Jacob Cary (1-0) picked up his first victory of the season while senior Ryan Smith saved his first game to preserve the victory. Smith is the IU-record holder for single-season saves in a season with nine in 2002. Smith's busy weekend continued as he also won Friday's game against the University of Findlay by pitching four innings of one hit ball while striking out six.\nAlong with Evans, sophomore Corby Heckman doubled twice for Coach Bob Morgan's squad.\nTuesday's game against Xavier has been cancelled due to inclement weather. The Hoosiers travel to Fairfax, Va., to take on George Mason University from March 7 to 9.
