Junior Heather Stillians pitched two starring games while senior Stormy Hanson homered in both games as the Hoosiers swept Wright State in the doubleheader Wednesday to even their record at 14-14. \nIU won the first game 3-0. The Hoosiers were able to carry that momentum as they cruised past WSU in the second game 7-3.\nIn game one, Stillians and freshman Megan Roark combined to pitch a three-hit shutout against the weak-hitting Wright State squad. Entering the twin bill, the Raiders had a team .193 batting average while being shutout 11 times. \nOffensive machine Hanson hit her fifth home run of the season to pace the quiet but efficient IU offense. The victory ended the Hoosiers brief two-game skid. \nIt was deja vu for the Hoosiers in game two, as Stillians improved her record to 8-6 with the win, and Big Ten MVP candidate Hanson belted her sixth home run, a solo shot, to lead the IU attack. For the fifth time this season, the Hoosiers are .500 but have yet to follow that with a victory. The team will look to do so this weekend as it resumes Big Ten play against Minnesota at Sembower Field.
