Austin Regional: Michigan State 94, Kentucky 88\nMichigan State overcame Patrick Sparks' 3-point prayer at the end of regulation and ousted Kentucky 94-88 in double overtime to win the Austin Regional and advance to the Final Four.\nThe referees reviewed Sparks' shot for five minutes to be sure his right toe hadn't touched the line. Once the overtime began, the Spartans' trademark withering defense took over and wore down the Wildcats.\nMichigan State's Kevin Torbert went 5-of-6 from the foul line in the second overtime and Alan Anderson was 4-of-4 to secure coach Tom Izzo's fourth trip to the Final Four in seven years. The Spartans (26-6) will meet North Carolina, who defeated Wisconsin 88-82 in the Syracuse Regional final.\nShannon Brown led Michigan State with 24 points on 8-of-10 shooting, including five 3-pointers, and Maurice Ager added 21 points.\nRandolph Morris led Kentucky (28-6) with 20 points and Sparks had 15, all on 3-pointers.

Syracuse Regional: North Carolina 88, Wisconsin 82\nRashad McCants made the big plays down the stretch, Sean May dominated inside and North Carolina is back in the Final Four for the first time in five years.\nMay led North Carolina (31-4) with 29 points and 12 rebounds, but it was McCants who did the most to end a marvelous run by the sixth-seeded Badgers (25-9).\nMcCants, who finished with 21 points, swished a clutch 3-pointer and had two huge blocks on the other end in the final two minutes to fend off Wisconsin.\nAlando Tucker scored 25 points to lead the Badgers.
