INDIANAPOLIS -- Stephen Jackson scored 23 points and Reggie Miller 17 to lead Indiana to a 98-77 win against the slow-starting Cleveland Cavaliers Wednesday.\nThe game was never close after the Pacers went on a 20-7 run through most of the second quarter, during which Miller scored eight points, giving Indiana 46-29 lead.\nThe Pacers kept the double-digit margin for most of the game, leading 49-32 at the half and 77-57 after three quarters.\nLeBron James scored 20 points for Cleveland, which never recovered after missing 19 of 22 shots in the second quarter. After going 5-for-12 in the first half, James finished at 9-of-18 for the game. He missed all three of his 3-point shots.\nThe loss was the fourth in five games for the Cavs and the fifth straight win for Indiana.\nCleveland played without 7-3 center Zydrunas Ilgauskas, who did not travel with the team.\nAn X-ray showed the ring finger on his right hand was dislocated, and he will be re-evaluated after the swelling subsides, according to team officials.\nThe Cavs had 11 more shots than the Pacers in the first half, but went 13-of-46 from the field, while Indiana was 18-of-35. Cleveland's bench did not score before intermission.
