Sophomore forward D.J. White has very little chance of returning this season, IU coach Mike Davis told the media this weekend.\n"Last I heard, he's out for the season," Davis said after Friday's practice.\nDavis echoed the same sentiments Saturday afternoon, telling ESPN Radio's College GameDay that X-rays have shown White's broken foot hasn't healed enough in the last two weeks.\n"He's 99 percent out for the season," Davis told the station. "As it stands today, I'd say he's out for the season."\nWhite was injured earlier this month when Ohio State forward Terrence Dials stepped on his foot, breaking a different bone on the same foot he injured in the preseason.\nThe reigning Big Ten Freshman of the Year was averaging 9.2 points and six rebounds per outing for each of his five games this season.\n"He wants to come back," Davis said on the radio. "If this were December, then I'd say he'd be back, but we've only got about three or four weeks left of the (regular season), so it doesn't seem like it's going to \nhappen"
