Dough at 107 N. Dunn St. The franchise specializes in calzones ($6) and offers more than 40 varieties. The restaurant offers free delivery with a minimum purchase of $5.\nSchear says since the opening last month, the staff prepares about 100 orders per day. Once classes are in session, he says he expects orders to double.\nIU junior Jared Schneider opened Baked! of Bloomington in July and says business has been incredible. \nCustomers can order freshly baked cookies for $1.05. A "Hot Box" special ($11.95) is a baker's dozen of cookies and it comes with a quart of milk.\n"One person swore off all cookies except for mine," Schneider says. \nSchneider says he hasn't taken out ads or focused on a heavy marketing campaign. So far, customers have been spreading the word on their own.\nCereal Barn & Peanut Butter Cafe on 408 E. Sixth St. opened about two weeks ago. The farm-festive restaurant offers a selection of 30 cereals. Diners can choose from 20 toppings, such as Reese's Pieces, bananas and trail mix to add to one of two bowl sizes.
