Four times a year, the Bloomington Area Arts Council and the GalleryWalk committee host a gallery of unique works of art from local and regional artists. The GalleryWalk, which features eight downtown art galleries, runs from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m Friday. Each gallery features a particular artist, and offers attendees the chance to meet the artists and discuss their work. The galleries will also have entertainment and refreshments available. Participating galleries will be marked by balloons, and maps are also available at the galleries or at artlives.org.
