Eric Gordon looked just fine Saturday after returning from a tailbone injury, and D.J. White again was dominant in the middle for No. 13 Indiana.\nThe combination overwhelmed Western Carolina.\nGordon made his first five 3-pointers, finished with 26 points, and White produced his sixth straight double-double to help the Hoosiers rout Western Carolina 100-52.\nIndiana (9-1) was every bit as dominating as the score made it appear.\nThe Catamounts (3-6) had no answer for Gordon's precision shooting or White's physical presence inside, and the combination was simply too much for a team whose top five scorers are freshmen or sophomores.\nThe Hoosiers used first-half runs of 8-0, 8-0, 11-0 and 7-0 to build their biggest halftime lead of the season, 52-24, and closed out their 24th consecutive home win with a 15-0 run early in the second half.\nWestern Carolina was led by Michael Porrini with 20 points and Arnold Gore with 16, the only Catamounts to top six points.\nGordon, who hadn't played since taking a hard fall Dec. 3, looked fatigued at times. But he had no trouble shooting, and the Hoosiers had no problem getting back in sync with their freshman.\nHe hit 8-of-13 from the field, including six 3s, 4-of-6 from the free throw line and came within four points of breaking Mike Woodson's freshman record for most 30-point games at Indiana (three).\nThe Hoosiers' two-man show was only part of the problem for Western Carolina.\nThe Catamounts shot 34.5 percent from the field, committed 24 fouls and 21 turnovers and were outrebounded 50-24. And until Jake Robinson's three-point play with 3:49 to go in the first half, Gore and Porrini were the only Western Carolina players who had scored.\nWhite opened the game with back-to-back three-point plays, an ominous sign of what was to come. He finished with 21 points and 11 rebounds in 24 minutes.\nWith White manning the middle, Gordon took care of the perimeter, reaching the 15-point mark with his fifth 3 at 11:04 of the half. The Catamounts didn't score that many points until Gore put in a layup with 8:09 left in the first half to make it 28-16.\nThey never challenged the Hoosiers again.\nIndiana led by as many as 51 in the second half, and second-year coach Kelvin Sampson remained unbeaten at Assembly Hall, improving to 22-0.
It's raining 3s
