Two Bloomington bands to play in 'Wuhnurth' Music Festival

Wuhnurth (One-Earth) Music Festival is another green-friendly initiative to garner attention from environmentalists – and music lovers – everywhere.

It is set to take place Sept. 11 -13 at a 200-acre campground called The Water Bowl in Muncie, Ind.

Two Bloomington bands, Shaggy Wonda and Coyaba, are set to play among a lineup of 30 bands and DJs, according to the Web site for the event.

Last year, over 1,000 people attended the festival, experiencing the benefits this year’s attendees will share.

In addition to a national lineup of touring bands, fans can attend light shows, see fire dancers, camp and tailgate on-site, participate in sporting activities and taste various eco-friendly foods.
