Two local venues added performances to their fall lineups.
Singer-songwriter Ben Kweller will be performing at 8 p.m. Nov. 13 at the Buskirk–Chumley Theater. After receiving honorable mention from a Billboard songwriting competition at the age of nine, Kweller, 29, has gone on to release seven full length albums.
Tickets for the main floor and lower balcony are $20 and tickets for the upper balcony are $16.
Tickets will be available to the general public starting at 11 a.m. Sept. 10 through the Buskirk–Chumley Theater box office. Fan-club members, donors and sponsors of the theater are eligible for a special pre-sale at 11 a.m. Sept. 8 by purchasing tickets by phone at 812-323-3020 or online at www.buskirkchumley.org.
Umphrey’s Mcgee, a rock jam band who formed at the University of Notre Dame in 1997, are making a stop along their fall tour in Bloomington at 9 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Bluebird Nightclub. Tickets go on sale at noon Sept. 17 online at Ticketmaster for $32.50.
Mike Gordon, the bass player for Phish, will perform with his new band to support the Oct. 19 release of his third solo album “Moss” at 9 p.m. Nov. 19 at the Bluebird Nightclub.
Tickets go on sale to the general public for $26.75 at noon Sept. 17 on Ticketmaster. Presale tickets can be purchased until Sept. 16 on www.mikegordontickets.rlc.net.
