IU Athletics announces women's basketball schedule

IU Athletics recently announced the Hoosier women's basketball 2010-11 schedule.

This season, the Hoosiers are slated to appear six times on the Big Ten Network and will play 16 games at Assembly Hall.

Here are the season highlights from the schedule:

Nov. 2, regular season opener vs. Alaska-Anchorage
Dec. 2, Big Ten/ACC Challenge at Clemson
Dec. 5, Big Ten/Big 12 Challenge vs. Nebraska
Dec. 30, Big Ten season opener vs. Northwestern
Jan. 9, vs. Purdue
Jan. 30, vs. Purdue
Mar. 3-6, Big Ten Tournament, Indianapolis.
