Hoosiers seek revenge against Tennessee

IU coach Lin Loring said he doesn’t expect Tennessee to take his team lightly again.
The No. 11 Volunteers fell to IU last year but face them again at noon Saturday in Knoxville, Tenn.
The Volunteers have two top-20 doubles teams and three ranked singles players, including No. 20 Brynn Boren. IU senior Charlotte Martin said the Hoosiers should be more prepared to play that caliber of competition after a Feb. 4 loss to No. 6 Duke 7-0.
Loring said his team just has to find a way to be better than the Volunteers on Saturday.
“It’s not the World Series. We’re not playing them best-of-seven, and if we were, we’d probably be in trouble,” Loring said. “They’re going to be heavily favored, but anything can happen on a given day.”
