At 8:15 p.m., there will be a multi-lingual poetry reading of Bennis’s works at the IU Art Museum.

On Friday, Bennis will serve as the keynote lecturer. His lecture, titled “Between Translation and Composition,” takes place at 4 p.m. at the Slocum Room of the Lilly Library.

On Saturday, there will be two critical panels on Arabic poetry and theory. The first panel begins at 1 p.m.

All events are conducted in Arabic and are free and open to the public.
