IU women’s basketball coach Felisha Legette-Jack agreed to a two year contract extension that will keep her patrolling the sidelines of Assembly Hall through the 2014-15 season, Athletic Director Fred Glass announced Tuesday.
Legette-Jack’s contract was previously slated to run out after the 2012-13 season. Her base salary and marketing income will each increase by $5,000 each year of the contract.
In five years at IU after arriving from Hofstra University, Legette-Jack’s teams have made the postseason three times and amassed a total of 81 wins, including a school record-tying 21 in the 2008-09 season.
The team finished 9-20 last season.
