On a day when freshman Cody Zeller was held under double figures for the first time in a month, the IU veterans carried the way.
With four players in double figures, the No. 23/24 Hoosiers (22-7, 9-7) throttled Minnesota (17-12, 5-11) at Williams Arena, 69-50.
After combining for just three points in last week’s loss to Iowa, senior Verdell Jones and juniors Jordan Hulls and Christian Watford combined for 35 points against the Gophers.
Sophomore guard Victor Oladipo also joined Hulls and Watford as leading scorers with 12 points.
IU will head home to take on Big Ten-leading Michigan State on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
