John Mayer announced today he has canceled his tour, and performing live indefinitely, due to the return of a granuloma in his throat. Mayer was treated for the same condition in 2011.
Refunds for all tickets will be processed Friday, March 9, and should post in five days.
The tour, which was set to kick off at the IU Auditorium April 9, would have been Mayer's first tour in two years.
The performer's album "Born and Raised" will be released as planned on May 22.
