On May 9, a 19-year-old female reported being sexually assaulted in January 2013 at her southside residence.
The suspect, a male who was known to her, was staying at the victim’s residence. The alleged victim went to sleep and was awakened by the male sexually assaulting her.
The victim reported the name of the suspect to the police.
