Police responded to a disturbance on the 700 block of West Dixie St. around 4 p.m. Sunday where Marcus McCulley, 47, reportedly pushed a 32-year-old female victim out of a white Chevrolet Impala and attempted to run her over.
McCulley was arrested at 7 p.m. Sunday and had been wanted on a warrant.
The vehicle then struck a parked, unoccupied sport utility vehicle nearby. Shortly after, victim reported the incident. One of her legs was injured from the accident.
McCulley was reportedly intoxicated, but he denied the allegations and police did not give him a breathalyzer test.
The vehicle had also been reported stolen.
