Clark becomes 7th IU football commit

Three-star defensive back Donovan Clark announced his commitment to the IU football program July 2 on Twitter.

“Ayyy IU here I come! #commit #btownbound #’14” he tweeted.

Clark is the seventh player from the Class of 2014 to commit to the program.

He is the first defensive back of the class, and the second non-lineman in the class, joining quarterback Alexander Diamont.

The 5-foot-11-inch, 171-pound Ft. Wayne South Side product also had offers from several MAC schools, including Ball State, Ohio, Bowling Green, Miami, Toledo and Western Michigan.
