IU added another 2014 recruit when defensive end Nick Carovillano announced he will don cream and crimson.
“Just committed to Indiana #iufb,” he tweeted at approximately 12:10 p.m.
The three-star defensive end from St. Xavier High School in Cincinnati, Ohio is listed at 6-feet 4-inches, 245 pounds and runs a 4.82 40-yard dash, according to rivals.com.
He was reportedly deciding between Indiana and Purdue, and made Bloomington his choice.
Carovillano is the ninth recruit Kevin Wilson has garnered in his 2014 recruiting class.
