A 34-year old man was reported missing early Friday by his wife, Bloomington Police Department Sgt. Joe Crider said.
The man, who lives on the 3000 block of South Walnut Street, was last heard from at about 5 p.m. Thursday, when he told his wife via phone call that he was in the College Mall area with a male friend.
He did not return home nor contact her after that, and as of late Friday morning was still missing.
His wife called police at roughly 1 a.m. Friday to report him missing.
Police interviewed the friend, who said he dropped the man off on Kirkwood Avenue shortly after the man's call home.
A detective will be assigned to the case, but Crider said no foul play is suspected and the missing man does not have any mental disorders that indicate potential harm to himself or others.
