Missing man checks in with brother

The 34-year old Bloomington man reported missing early Friday morning has contacted his brother, Bloomington Police Department Sgt. Ian Lovan said.

The man reportedly told his brother he was in Seymour, Ind and needed a ride, though he did not say where to.

The brother relayed the information to a BPD detective, saying he thought the man sounded normal and may be trying to visit other family members.

Police have still not spoken with the man himself as of Saturday afternoon.
