A rape was reported at 1:44 p.m. Friday on the southside of Bloomington.
A female contacted the Bloomington Police Department and reported she had been raped by someone she knew sometime between Thursday night and Friday morning.
BPD Sgt. Lucas Tate said the police are withholding the age of the victim because the investigation is ongoing.
