Track and field to compete in NCAA prelims

This weekend, 21 Hoosiers will compete in the NCAA Outdoor Championships preliminaries in Jacksonville, Fla.

If participants make it out of the preliminary competitions, they will go on to compete in the championships, which will take place from June 11 to 14 in Eugene, Ore.

Of the 21 Hoosier competitors, Kyla Buckley, Rorey Hunter and Tre’Tez Kinnaird are All-Americans.

Buckley and Hunter had first-place finishes for IU during the Big Ten Outdoor Championships.
