No. 4 Louisville leads IU 46-41 at the half

At halftime, IU trails No. 4 Louisville, 46-41.

For much of the half, the pressure got to the Hoosiers.

Louisville’s full-court, full-time ball pressure forced 13 IU turnovers in the first half, which limited the Hoosiers to just 29 field goal attempts. Most of those went in – IU shot 55 percent in the half – but the shots came too few and far between.

The Hoosiers again allowed their opponent to control the offensive glass. The Cardinals rebounded 14 of their 27 missed shots.

Louisville forward Montrezl Harrell had his way around the rim, tallying 12 points and six rebounds. He dunked four times in the half.

IU was led by junior forward Hanner Mosquera-Perea, who scored eight points and pulled in two rebounds. Junior guard Yogi Ferrell scored four points and tallied six rebounds.
