EVANSTON, Ill. -- After one half of play, IU and Northwestern are tied at 40-40.
The back-and-forth first half saw IU shoot 64.3 percent on 3-pointers but allowed Northwestern to connect on 53.6 of its field goals.
IU was led by 12 points from junior guard Nick Zeisloft. He wasted no time getting on the scoreboard, connecting on three early 3-pointers. He finished the half shooting 4-for-5 from deep.
Junior guard Yogi Ferrell connected on yet another 3-pointer to extend his streak of games with a 3-pointer to 60. That streak is the longest in the nation.
Northwestern freshmen Vic Law leads the way for the Wildcats with 11 points. Alex Olah has 10.
