IU gained its 11th and 12th commits in the 2016 class Wednesday.
First the Hoosiers earned the verbal commitment of Texas offensive guard Mackenzie Nworah. He is a 6-foot-3, 306 pound lineman that had TCU and Missouri in the running as well.
Then, Georgia defensive end D.J. Wonnum committed to IU as well, as reported by 247Sports.com Wonnum is 6-foot-4, 225 pounds and was committed to Iowa State until Nov. 28, 2015.
Both players are considered 3-star prospects by 247Sports.com.
Nworah is the third offensive lineman in the class. Wonnum is the second commit from Georgia.
