Senior forward Collin Hartman suffered an injury to his left knee in a non-contact drill Tuesday at practice, per a release from IU men’s basketball.
The release stated that Hartman will be evaluated and his condition will be updated at an appropriate time.
The senior captain did have surgery to repair his ACL after his freshman year in 2014, but that injury occurred in his right knee.
Hartman has played in all 35 games and made 24 starts during the Hoosiers' Sweet Sixteen run last season while averaging 5.0 points and 3.1 rebounds per game.
The 6-foot-7 forward is the lone senior on Hoosier men’s basketball team roster entering into the 2016-2017 season.
