IU men’s basketball dropped seven spots in this weeks AP Top 25 Poll to No. 16 following its second loss of the season to Butler Saturday.
The Hoosiers lost 83-78 against the Bulldogs at the Crossroads Classic in Indianapolis moving their overall record to 8-2 on the year. Butler moved up from No. 18 to No. 13 in this weeks polls marking the largest jump by any team this week.
Two other Big Ten teams remain in the top 25 this week with Wisconsin staying at No. 14 and Purdue at No. 15.
IU will play Delaware State at home tonight and Austin Peay Thursday as it seeks to extend the nations fifth longest home winning streak to 24 games.
