Sometimes they make their way to Goodwill. One of the places they could end up is the IU Surplus Stores, where, ultimately, they could complete their lifecycle as a centerpiece in your new home or apartment.
IU Surplus sells just about everything.
Furniture, appliances, electronics and tech gear, and even IU athletic equipment. They update their Facebook page, @IU.Surplus, almost daily with photos of their current inventory.
The retail store is located at 2931 E. 10th St., just across the highway from campus near the Cyberinfrastructure Building.
