A rape allegedly occurred on campus early Tuesday morning and was reported to the IU Police Department at 11:15 a.m. Friday.
An IU-Bloomington crime notice email sent to students this evening stated the incident occurred at the Campus View Apartments.
The notice said the suspect met the victim through Tinder and allegedly forced the victim to engage in nonconsensual sexual acts.
Information on the suspect has not been disclosed to the police, according to the email.
IUPD did not immediately return calls from the Indiana Daily Student requesting comment on this investigation.
