On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Indiana Canine Assistant Network at IU is delivering a series of Puppy Love Valentines, complete with gifts and fluffy puppies.
IU students Julie Mathias, Ashton Asbury and Myranda Grismore, alongside pups-in-training Bend and Rainier, surprised people around Bloomington on Tuesday afternoon. Their stops included the Monroe County Justice Building and the Center for the Integrative Study of Animal Behavior House.
ICAN at IU helps train and socialize service dogs, fund-raise for the statewide organization and educate people about the process of preparing dogs for service.
