Tickets are now on sale for the musical “Ain’t Too Proud — The Life and Times of The Temptations” at IU Auditorium.
The Berkeley Repertory Theatre’s production of “Ain’t Too Proud – The Life and Times of The Temptations” will play one night only, June 6 at 8 p.m.
The Berkeley Repertory Theatre is an innovative theatre often noted for its core values of imagination and excellence. The nonprofit has welcomed both emerging and established artists since 1968, and more than four million people have enjoyed nearly 400 shows at their theatre in California.
Shows by the Berkley Repertory have won five Tony Awards, seven Obie Awards, nine Drama Desk Awards, one Grammy Award and more.
Iconic hits by The Temptations such as “My Girl,” “Just My Imagination” and “Papa Was a Rolling Stone” are featured in this show about the five young men who were discovered on the streets of Detroit.
Tickets start at $17 for IU students with a valid ID and $29 for the general public. They can be purchased in person at the IU Auditorium Box Office, online using ticketmaster.com or through the IU Auditorium website. The Auditorium Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
