Animal shelter officially opens after $2.1 million renovation project
A one-year-old shar pei pitbull mix, Spike, bites the ribbon during a grand opening ceremony Tuesday, June 5, at the Bloomington Animal Shelter. The ribbon had a raw-hide bone in the middle for Spike to find.
