A Bloomington man was arrested for child solicitation and vicarious sexual gratification Friday night after a 10-year-old girl told her mother he pulled his penis out in front of her.
The girl’s mother said Mark Robinson, 51, offered her daughter $3 to clean his sink, but when she arrived at his apartment, he showed her his genitals and asked if she wanted to touch him.
The girl declined and left the apartment after collecting her money, according to police.
Police said Robinson denied the accusation and said there was a possibility the girl saw his penis when he was using the restroom.
He told police he wanted a lawyer before he would answer any more questions.
Robinson was arrested on child molestation charges in 2009. The molestation charge was eventually dismissed, but he was found guilty of sexual battery.
