A 21-year-old woman told police she was raped Friday night at an off-campus party.
She reported fading in and out of consciousness and waking up to find a 19-year-old man she knew raping her.
Bloomington Police Department Sgt. Robert Skelton said the man and woman are both IU students.
The woman told police the party was full of heavy drinking and marijuana use.
Officers were notified of the incident after she had a rape kit done Sunday at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Skelton said police are working to contact the suspect.
